Facility-requested visit·August 28, 2025

On 08/28/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kelli Waters arrived unannounced for the purpose of a capacity increase request. LPA met with Licensees, Nazanin Babaeenezhad and Mehrnoush Mafigholami, and toured the facility inside and out, records were reviewed, and the following was observed and/or discussed: On 08/13/25, a fire safety inspection took place, and a fire clearance was granted by Murrieta Fire Department for a large capacity Family Childcare Home (FCCH). • Normal days and hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday 7:00am-5:00pm • Off-limit areas include: Kitchen, garage, parts of the backyard and entire second floor. • Fully charged Fire Extinguisher and a working smoke and carbon monoxide detector is present. • A working telephone is present, and the current phone number is on file • All hazardous items are stored inaccessible to children • Toxins are locked and inaccessible to children in care. • Weapons are not present and stored according to regulations. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations • Stairs have a barricade • There are no bodies of water present. Licensee understands that all bodies of water including ponds, above ground pools, spas, and some fountains must be properly covered or fenced per Title 22 Regulations. The Department must be notified before and after installation of the above types of bodies of water. In addition, all wading pools or similar products must be emptied immediately after use and stored in an upright position Licensee stated she understands when more than 8 children are present, an assistant is required. In the event that an assistant is absent, licensee was reminded that ratios must return to a small family child care. Licensee was reminded and stated they understand that licensees needs to be present in the day-care when children are present for at least 80% per day. Licensee also stated they understand that fingerprints need to be cleared prior to employment or presence in the childcare. Once processed, license will be approved for a maximum capacity of 14 children with parent notification and no more than 3 infants at one time. If 12 children are present, no more than 4 may be infants. Infants are defined as any child under 24 months of age. An exit interview was provided to Licensees, Nazanin Babaeenezhad and Mehrnoush Mafigholami, along with a copy of this report and a Notice of Site visit, which must remain posted in a prominent space for 30 consecutive days.
