What the inspector wrote

On the above date and time, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sumayya Habeebulla arrived at the Early Learning Academy (CCC) to conduct a case management visit regarding an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) received by CCLD on June 12, 2025, for an incident that occurred at the CCC on June 10, 2025. LPA had attempted a visit earlier on 07/01/2025 and the facility was closed for summer. During the interview, it was reported by the facility that Child #1 (C1) arrived at the facility in the morning of May 29 th , 2025. As per staff #1 (S1), C1 does have a difficult morning and often cries when dropped off at the center. This morning. S1 observed C1 cradling the left elbow and crying. S1 contacted the parent (P1) who stated that C1 will be picked up by P2. Upon arrival to pick up C1, P2 reported to S1 that C1 and sibling were fighting and arguing in the car during the ride to school. C1 was taken to get the arm checked and was reported fine and did not have any fractures or muscle pull. C1 returned to the facility June 9 th , 2025. LPA Sumayya Habeebulla determined that the facility took the necessary steps to ensure the safety of the children. Based on the information obtained during the visit, there appears to be no violations of Title 22 Regulations pertaining to the reported incident. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided. A copy of this report must be made available to the public, at the facility site, for 3 years.
