What the inspector wrote

On August 8,2025 at 11:00 AM Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's), Courtnee Peebles conducted an Case Management inspection regarding a room change for the Infant program and Preschool program. The facility is requesting to move infants from building D obtaining two classroom to building C and move one preschool classroom from building C to building D. An updated sketch was requested on this date. On this date LPA measured all requested classrooms. The measurements taken determined the below: Indoor Activity Areas Total indoor activity space measured for infant is 1410.65 (36) infants which is sufficient to accommodate the capacity of 36 infants, The department will allow building D, two classrooms, to be licensed for 36 infants. The limiting factor is indoor space of 36 infants between two classrooms in building C. Total indoor activity space measured for preschool is 4628.77 (131) children. Current capacity for preschool is 131 children as there will be no change in capacity. The department will allow one room change from building C to building D for preschool program. No deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights, and notice of site visit was issued to the assistant director Vanessa Rivera. THE Assistant Director Vanessa Rivera UNDERSTANDS THAT IT MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS.
