On August 28, 2025 at 10:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner arrived at the facility to conduct a capacity increase inspection. LPA toured the facility, inside and out, and the following was observed and/or discussed: · Normal days and hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, 12:00AM - 11:59PM · Off-limit areas include: Pool, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and garage. · At time of inspection, no children were noted inside the facility. · Appropriate fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector present and were tested by the Licensee during this inspection. Licensee has applied for a capacity increase. A fire clearance was required and therefore, Riverside County Fire conducted the inspection to increase capacity from 8 to 14. Licensee has been granted for a large capacity family childcare home to 14 on 08/19/2025. A new license with capacity increase will be granted to Licensee Lauren Flesher. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with and provided to Licensee Lauren Flesher. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
