On January 6, 2025, at 11:45 AM Licensing Program Analyst\342\200\231s (LPA\342\200\231s) Courtnee Peebles and Hayley McCarthy arrived to Le family child care to conduct a plan of correction visit. LPA Peebles and McCarthy conducted a prelicensing visit on 12/30/2024. On January 6 2025, at 11:50 AM LPA toured the facility inside and out and the following was observed and or discussed. Applicant has made the following corrections \302\267 Fire pit covering \302\267 Propane removal \302\267 Knives were made inaccessible \302\267 Safety plugs were properly placed \302\267 Pool has been properly barricaded to prevent accessibility to children with an alarm APPLICANT HAS MET ALL NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE AT THIS TIME. LPA WILL BE ISSUING A LICENSE FOR A SMALL FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME WITH A MAXIMUM capacity of 6, or 8 WITH PARENT NOTIFICATION. An exit interview was conducted with Sheryl Le, and a copy of this report was provided to the applicant on this date. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
