On January 23, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner conducted an unannounced follow up inspection to the facility regarding corrections that were identified during the initial pre-licensing inspection. On January 7, 2026, LPA conducted a pre-licensing inspection and found the following concerns in the pool area of the backyard: 1. 2" gap at bottom of fence needed be corrected 2. The latch to the gate of the fence needed to be moved up to 60" 3. The Applicant needed a US Coast Guard approved Life Ring measuring 17" at minimum in diameter. On today's visit all items were found to be in compliance. The application for a Large Family Child Care Home will be submitted for approval with a maximum capacity of 12 or 14 with parent notification. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was reviewed with and handed to Applicant Edgar Diaz.
