LPAs were shown messages sent to parents in the Bright Wheel communication application regarding weather-appropriate clothing. LR stated that these messages are sent around seasonal changes. LPAs observed a message sent on 3/3/2026 which stated that children had the option to wear underwear during water play. LPAs were unable to verify whether this policy had been explicitly communicated to all parents and whether there were parents who did not get the opportunity to provide consent. LPAs discussed authorized representative communication with Licensee. The allegations are determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove it. An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
