Facility-requested visit·July 3, 2024

On July 3, 2024 Licensing Program Analyst Josiah Gathing met with Facility Representative Kimberly McIntosh for the addition of rooms 12 and 13 for toddlers 18-36 months. Toddler capacity of 32 is not being changed. Fire clearance was granted for both rooms on June 26, 2024. Rooms 12 and 13 contain 1,705.5498 square feet. Rooms 10 and 11 were previously approved for toddler care with an area of 2015 square feet. The total toddler indoor area is 3720.5498. The outside toddler playground contains 5286 square feet, which is sufficient for 32 toddlers. LPA observed four toilets and four sinks in rooms 12 and 13. As of today, Rooms 12 and 13 are approved for toddler care. LPA reviewed this report with Facility Representative Kimberly McIntosh and provided a copy. Notice of site visit was also provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
