Facility-requested visit·May 21, 2026

On May 21st, 2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mandie Goodwin and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Seychelle De Luca met with center director Samantha Subuyuj for the purpose of a case management inspection. Director is requesting a temporary alternative playground space due to construction on their existing preschool and infant playground. During today's inspection, LPA and LPM measured the alternative space which measured a total of 6292.358 sq feet. This will accommodate a maximum of 83 children at a time. LPA and LPM observed sufficient cushioning of bark and shade provided by trees. For water director plans to bring igloos outside and paper cups. Director will submit a temporary use insufficient waiver request with rotating schedules to LPA. Based on the areas evaluated today, no deficiencies were observed. Exit interview was conducted with director Samantha Subuyuj. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
