PERSONAL RIGHTS
Personal Rights: he licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Child #1, who is allergic to dairy, was served a cup of milk. An epi pen was administered and paramedics were called. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. This is a repeat violation. Civil penalties assessed in the amount of $1,000.00.
