What the inspector wrote

On May 18, 2023 at 11:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tanya Washington met with Facility Representative Harpeet Heer for an unannounced case management inspection regarding a self reported incident that occurred on 05/08/2023. Shortly after Karen Hamman, Program Manager arrived to the center to assist LPA. Upon arrival LPA toured both classrooms and observed a census of 26 children supervised by six staff. LPA conducted staff interviews and reviewed children's records. There are no Title 22 Regulation deficiencies issued pertaining to the incident. Notice of site visit posted.
