Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the director, Julie Jenkins, to deliver the findings for the above allegation. Purpose of the inspection was explained. During the investigation, LPA toured the facility at different times of the day, interviewed the director and reviewed the records. During the inspections, LPA observed the staff was wearing the face masks. LPA observed most of the children were wearing the face masks. Director stated that it has been challenging to have all the children wear the mask, but the facility has been highly encouraging all of the children to wear masks. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Copy of this report is reviewed and provided to the director. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
