At 9:00am on 2/20/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Matthew Gallo and Joshua Hatch met with facility representative Robin Rivas to conduct a collateral visit related to deficiencies observed on the school age license, which is located within the same building. Upon arrival, LPA observed a total census of 30 preschool children supervised by 5 staff. During today's visit, LPAs surveyed the preschool indoor activity space and bathrooms in relation to the facility's need to restructure building space and bathrooms fixtures to meet fixture requirements for the school age license. LPAs conducted a count of all preschool sinks and toilets, and measured all indoor activity space. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Robin Rivas. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPAs provided appeal rights.
