What the inspector wrote

Licensing program analyst LPA Andrea Cortez met with Director Carrie Robinson to conduct an unannounced complaint investigation regarding the allegations mentioned above. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection is to Deliver Findings. During the investigation the LPA conducted staff and parent interviews and reviewed facility documentation. Although the allegation may be true or may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation; therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Carrie Robinson. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
