What the inspector wrote

At 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 23rd, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Assistant Director, Danielle Sanfilippo, for the purpose of a case management inspection. During today's inspection, it was learned that there was an outbreak of a communicable disease at the facility that was reported to the parents, but not to the department. Technical assistance was conducted. Assistant Director also reviewed COVID-19 practices at the facility. In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
