What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the facility representative, Dawna Allred, to deliver the findings of the above allegation. Purpose of the inspection was explained. During the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, interviewed the staff and reviewed facility records. During interviews, it was found that the facility has children in ‘Toddler’ classroom with Hand, foot, mouth disease. Based on the record review, it was found that the outbreak was not reported to the department.
