Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

After interviews, observations, and record review, LPA did not learn of any evidence to corroborate the allegation staff did not properly report incidents involving a daycare child. Although the allegation above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. There are no Title 22 deficiencies during today\342\200\231s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with director, Cheryl Watt. A notice of site visit was provided and shall be posted for the next 30 days.
