Routine inspection·April 18, 2023

On April 18, 2023, LPA Pascual met with Director Cheryl Watt, for the purpose of an unannounced annual random inspection. The school-age program is not in operation, and per the Director it has not been in operation since approximately 2015. LPAs inspected classroom 303, which is the classroom that would be used for school-age children during operation. Classroom 303 is used for preschool children when school-age program is not in operation, however, it is currently not being used at all and is utilized for storage purposes. The Director has requested to place the school-aged program inactive until at this time. During today's inspection, LPA verified the facility's annual fees are current. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted and a Notice of Site Visit was posted.
