What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kyrsten Williams met with the director, Cheryl Watt, for an unannounced annual inspection. Census included zero school-age children in care. The school-age program is not in operation, and per the Director it has not been in operation since approximately 2015. LPA inspected classroom 303, which is the classroom that would be used for school-age children during operation. Classroom 303 is used for preschool children while the school-age program is not in operation. The director was reminded never to exceed the conditions, limitations and capacity specified on the license. During today's inspection, LPA verified the facility's annual fees are current. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Cheryl Watt. No deficiencies are cited today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
