Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the facility representative, Yvette Martinez, for a case management inspection. Facility representative, Dr. Angelle Carson arrived at facility during inspection. The facility informed the department about the construction for the play yard and informed that it was planned to be completed by October 14, 2025. Purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection was to inspect the play yard for health and safety of the children. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA observed the play yard has play structure area and other play area. LPA observed the play structure is installed, but there is no cushion material underneath the structures to prevent any injuries. There is shaded area in the play yard. LPA measured the play yard and found it to be 4391.2 square meter, which meets the space requirements. Per facility representative, facility staff brings and will continue to bring drinking water along with them as children use play yard. Per facility representative, the facility is using the play area for children to play and play structures area is not being used by children at this time, until there is cushion material under the play structures.
