Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the facility representative, Lizette Chavez, for a case management inspection due to the water lead testing result report. Purpose of the inspection was explained. The facility had the water test conducted on October 08, 2025, for the lead. Based on the result report, it was found that one had high Parts Per Billion (PPH). It was found that faucet identified as \342\200\234C\342\200\235 has 11 PPB lead in the water. LPA discussed with facility representative that the Department's requirements are that the findings must be lower than 5.5 PPB. During the inspection, LPA observed the water faucet in the play yard, water faucet by front entrance door and water bottle filler are turned off. There is only one water inside the classroom, that facility is using at this time. LPA observed the facility has water pitcher with water filter, which is being used to provide the drinking water for the children. The facility is located on the school site and parts of school are under construction. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the Director.
