On May 1, 2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)Stephanie Piring and Kyrsten Williams met with Facility Representative, Robin Rivas (Director), for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection. LPAs observed a census of 7 infants being supervised by two staff and 13 infant/toddlers being supervised by 5 staff. This facility was previously cited under CCR 101416.2(c)(1) for teacher qualifications and HSC 1596.8662(b)(1) for staff not having staff having current mandated reporter training on file. During today's visit, LPA reviewed staff files and observed all staff present completed mandated reporter training. LPA also observed exception letters for 2 teachers and the completion of the required courses. LPA will clear the deficiency that was cited on 03/26/24. Report was reviewed with Facility Representative Robin Rivas and exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
