It was also alleged that the same child\342\200\231s lunch was withheld by staff when the student was in the office for kicking. Staff indicated that the child\342\200\231s lunch was in the office and available for the child to eat. Based on the information obtained, LPA was not able to corroborate the allegations, therefore the allegations are determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove it. LPA reviewed the report with the Facility Representative and an exit interview was conducted. Notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided to Facility Representative. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days for parental review.
