What the inspector wrote

At 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11th, 2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Acting Director, Reonna Walker, and Licensee, Hamid Hosseini, for a case management inspection. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted prior to entry into the facility. LPA observed a total census of 61 children supervised by 7 staff. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained criminal record clearance. The department received a concern regarding COVID-19 best practices. During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews and made observations. Technical assistance was conducted with the Director and Licensee to review updated child care guidance. LPA observed all staff at the facility wearing face coverings. Additional assistance was conducted regarding Director qualifications. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for a period of 30 days for parental review.
