At 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra, met with Director, Reonna Walker, for the purpose of an unannounced POC inspection regarding a citation from 10/14/2021. LPA observed a census of 6 toddler children supervised by 2 staff, and 44 preschool children supervised by 4 staff. Both programs were outdoors for mealtime. Additional staff were setting up napping mats indoors. The facility was previously cited for commingling. The toddler classroom was observed to be outdoors in the side yard. Napping mats were observed set up in the toddler classroom. LPA did not observe any toddler children commingled with preschool children. The commingling citation has been corrected per POC and has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted and notice of site visit provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for a period of 30 days for parental review.
