At 10:00 am 01/11/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aruna Sridharan and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Bettina Engelman performed an unannounced complaint inspection and met with the Licensee, Olivia Valencia. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver findings regarding the above complaint allegation. It was alleged that Licensee utilizes inappropriate forms of discipline. LPA Sridharan conducted interviews with licensee, parents and children which resulted in inconsistent information. Child #1, who was interviewed, could not provide specific details on the licensee's actions. LPA was able to contact 2 out of 5 parents where their experiences and opinions did not corroborate with the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the findings are UNSUBSTANTIATED. No Title 22 deficiencies were cited at time of visit.
