Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA toured the facility, including all areas accessible to children, observed Licensee provide care to children, requested facility documents and conducted interviews. LPA interviews, documentation and statements were inconsistent to corroborate the above allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Deborah Ferguson-Doss. Appeal rights were provided, and a Notice of Site visit was given to Licensee, who will post it where visible to parents/guardians for 30 days.
