What the inspector wrote

On February 2, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Lea Habtom arrived at the facility for a plan of correction of the citation issued on January 25, 2023 regarding ratio in rooms Cottage, Forrest and Alphabet. LPA met with director. Lauralyn Hill. There were 36 preschool children being supervised by 4 staff. All staff present today have been fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility. During the inspection LPA confirmed that ratios are being met and reminded the director to adhere to preschool ratios at all times. Ratio guidelines were reviewed at the time of the inspection. LPA L. Habtom cleared the citation issued on January 25, 2023 and proof of correction letter was provided. This report was reviewed with the director. No Title 22 regulations were cited during today's inspection. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided.
