Facility-requested visit·January 29, 2026

On January 29, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lauren Scott and Jennie Tedlos met with Director, Tanya Hernandez, for the purpose of an unannounced case management inspection to remeasure the outdoor playground space and to take inventory on required supplies to increase the facility\342\200\231s capacity and to add an additional room. The facility is requesting for a capacity increase from 20 to 40 children ages two years to entry into kindergarten. The facility's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The fire clearance for 40 children was granted on 08/19/2025. OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE: The Site Supervisor states that the Elementary School small playground is used as well as the left side of the facility. The Elementary School small playground measured a total of 10559.92 square feet and will accommodate 140 children. Shared outdoor play area waiver is on file. The left side of the facility play area measures 466.42 and will accommodate 6 children. INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE: LPAs observed 20 children's chairs and 20 nap cots. The total classroom space contains a total of 1584 square feet. Based on measurements, the facility can accommodate the requested 40 children total. The facility is now licensed to serve 40 Preschool Aged children , ages 2 to entry into Kindergarten. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Supervisor, Aileen Laroco.
