Each child receiving services...shall have certain rights...These rights include...(1) To be treated with dignity in his/her personal relationship with staff and other persons....this requirement was not met, as evidenced by: Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the above regulation, as it was learned during interviews that licensee has yelled at children. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
