On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Mai Lor and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lea Habtom, met with designated representative for Twin Rivers School Distrcit, Nicole Schile, for an informal office meeting. LPM Lor defined the difference between a non-compliance conference and an informal meeting. LPM advised that the purpose of today\342\200\231s meeting is to help the facility staff gain compliance. Today\342\200\231s informal meeting is to discuss the Type A citation issued on 10/10/2025, for absence of supervision. On 10/10/2025, the facility was cited a Type A citation for a child who walked out of the classroom and was later discovered by a staff member in the outdoor fenced playground. After returning from lunch, the staff member escorted the child back into the classroom. The facility representative stated that they have taken the following steps to maintain compliance: -Placed alarms/door bells that sounds off in the front gate and classrooms. -A name to face recognition was reinforced with staff -A supervision training was provided to all Vineland staff -A plan was created with the principal of Vineland to send extra support, if needed for a child. LPA and LPM reviewed the supervision regulation and provided the technical support program to the facility representative. This report was reviewed during today's meeting.
