Correction check·December 6, 2022

At 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday December 6th, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Director, Michelle Ingram, for the purpose of an unannounced POC inspection. Citations were issued on 10/19/2022 regarding outdoor activity space and fixtures, furniture, equipment and supplies. During today's inspection, LPA observed wood chip cushioning beneath play structure that was recently filled. LPA also observed chairs in the facility that had been recently washed. The citations have been corrected per POCs and are cleared. Technical assistance was conducted regarding doorbell pick up/ drop off procedures relating to parent's rights. In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for a period of 30 days.
