What the inspector wrote

On Tuesday June 25, 2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Stephanie Piring and Jennifer Velasco met with Licensee , Tatyana Martynov and Katie Lobkov, for an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection. During the inspection there was a census of two children in care being supervised by the licensee. This facility was previously cited on 06/13/24 under CCR 102417(g)(5) for having an accessible body of water. During today's visit, LPAs observed a 5 foot fencing enclosing the above ground pool entirely, there is no decking around the pool. The gate is self closing and self latching. LPAs provided technical assistance regarding the ladder and a table on the side of the pool, which licensee complied and moved immediately. LPA will clear the deficiency that was cited on 06/13/24. Report was reviewed and exit interview was conducted with Licensee Tatyan Marynov and Katie Lobkov . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
