What Happened
This case management visit was initiated by the licensees to request a capacity increase. After confirming fire clearance, background clearances, and general health and safety compliance, the inspector approved the home for large capacity with specified infant and school-age limits.
Observations
- Licensees requested an increase in capacity from 8 to 14 children
- Fire clearance had been received and was on file
- Facility was approved for large capacity effective the day of inspection
- No deficiencies were observed
