Elvira and Jesus Aguilar are Spanish speaking Licensees. Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Corina Beckby and Elizabeth Santiago spoke with Licensees in Spanish and translated the conversations to English below. LPAs met with Licensee, Elvira Aguilar for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to clear all deficiencies, issued on 12/01/2025. LPAs observed Licensee caring for 7 children including 2 infants (ages: 22 & 19 months) during today's inspection. LPA observed updated sleeping log for infants under 2 years old. LPAs received statements from licensees saying they read Safe Sleep Regulations and understand the importance of maintaining sleep logs. The deficiency cited on 12/01/2025 is cleared effective today. Proof of correction letter was provided for the corrected deficiency. LPA reviewed report with Licensee, Elvira Aguilar, Appeal Rights were provided. A notice of site visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
