Staff interviews revealed that meals are provided in the facility when not provided by parents. According to Licensee, children are always given food when they ask. On one occasion, LPAs observed snack being provided to children around 9:00 AM. Interviews with children did not reveal substantial evidence to support the allegations. Although the alleged violations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore, they are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
