Per Licensee, there are no weapons in the home. No bodies of water were observed today. The outdoor space is currently being remodeled and is off limits for the time being. Licensee will notify LPA when outdoor construction is complete for inspection. LPA observed cleaning chemicals in the bathroom underneath the sink.
