What the inspector wrote

Application Specialist (AS) Mai Lor and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alize met with Director Cynthia Bunton for the purpose of an announced capacity change case management inspection. Licensee requests to decrease the School Age capacity from 30 to 24 School Age children ages kindergarten and above. The facility's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. AS Lor received the fire clearance on 8/4/21. AS spoke with Licensee Representative Michael Ong via telephone and he stated he does not want to move forward with a decrease in capacity and request to withdraw his application. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Cynthia Bunton, and via telephone with Applicant Michael Ong.
