During today's inspection, LPA made observations, reviewed relevant documentation, and conducted an interview with the Director regarding the incident and transition policies/procedures. Director stated preventative action to ensure supervision requirements are met will include training for all staff and revised procedures/protocols will be implemented regarding attendance counts, name to face checks, transitions, and supervision. The Director shall also provide a copy of this licensing report to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report.
