Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loraine Perez met with, Licensee Norma Hinojosa, for an unannounced inspection. During today’s inspection there is census of one infants, and six preschools for a total of seven children. Present today is Licensee and her husband, mother, assistant, adult child who are also an assistants. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. Inspection was conducted in Spanish. A health and safety inspection was conducted in the areas accessible to children. The home is a single story house which includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a living room, garage, guest house and backyard. Licensee has requested to update off-limits areas. Bedroom 2 shall now be included in the areas used by the facility. Updated Off-limits areas include: the guest house, area behind the guest house, garage, 2 locked sheds, office, fish pond (surrounded by 6' fencing), primary bedroom and bathroom . Licensee understands that children may never enter off-limits areas. No Title 22 deficiencies are being cited based on today's inspection.
