Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loraine Perez met with Licensee Norma Hinojosa, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation inspection pertaining to the above allegation. The purpose of today's inspection was explained to Licensee. During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews, observed care, and obtained relevant documentation. Witness statements, LPA observations, and document reviews failed to corroborate the allegation. Licensee has conversations with parents regarding individual situations, child’s needs, concerns, and to request childrens supplies. These conversations are not recorded. Although the allegation may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Norma Hinojosa. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
