What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loraine Perez met with Licensee Norma Hinojosa, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced inspection pertaining to the appeal and amendment of complaint 03-CC-20250813160606. The purpose of today's inspection was explained to Licensee. Present with the Licensee, are her Husband and adult sister who are assistants. There is a census of five children in care. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews, observed care, and obtained relevant documentation. Licensee requested LPA to observe newly added outdoor shed that will be an off-limits area. Bedroom 2 was observed and shall be an on-limit room. Updated off-limits areas are, primary bedroom and bathroom, storage closet, fenced front yard, detached guest house and yard behind guest house. 2nd detached studio, two outdoor sheds.
