On Wednesday 30 April 2025, at approximately 1:30pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with Program Coordinator Jessica Galindo to deliver the findings of a complaint investigation. At time of inspection there were 0 children in care at facility. During complaint investigation, LPA made observations, gathered documents, and conducted interviews. Throughout investigation, there was insufficient evidence to support allegations listed above. Although the allegations may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations; therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Program Coordinator Jessica Galindo. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
