The Director stated that there may have been a lapse of supervision at some point when the facility first opened but could not be sure. Further, the Director stated that because it was in the early stages of a new facility that supervision was being addressed with staff and training was being conducted. The Director stated these meaures would prevent any supervision concerns with her teachers. Based on LPA’s observations and interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met, therefore, the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
