THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT On 9/10/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amanda Sutter met with Operations Manager (OM) Melissa Rainsford for the purpose of an unannounced case management inspection to change the preschool playground. LPA observed 10 children supervised by 2 staff. There is one outdoor area for preschool children. The outdoor play area is fenced with a wood fence that is at least four feet tall. LPA observed outdoor activity space to be free of hazards and in safe condition for children to use. LPA observed a variety of age-appropriate outdoor activities and equipment. There is no play structure on the premises. There are no bodies of water on the premises. There are shaded areas supplied by overhangs. LPA measured the outdoor activity space. The outdoor play area contains a total of 1090.21 square feet, which will not accommodate Applicant's request for 15 preschool children. LPA advised facility to request for an insufficient outdoor space waiver to utilize a rotating schedule where no more than 14 preschool children outside at any given time. OM stated that at this time, only 14 preschool children are enrolled.l Individual measurements are recorded on the Capacity Worksheet (LIC 9024). LPA has approved new playground space for children to use effective immediately. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
