Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erwina Pascual-Golamco met with Facility Representative (FR) Katherine Sams, to conduct a Plan Of Correction inspection. There was a Type A deficiency cited on 09/18/25. Purpose of inspection was explained. Citation was Type A CCR 101416.5(b)(1) Staff-Infant Ratio (b)There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. 1) An aide may be substituted for a teacher when all of the following conditions are met: (A)There is a fully qualified teacher directly supervising no more than 12 infants; and (B)Each aide is responsible for the direct care and supervision of a group of no more than four infants. As of today, 09/24/25, LPA observed 9 infants in care supervised by 3 staff. LPA reviewed staff qualifications and observed staff are qualified. LPA observed facility is in compliance with ratio and teacher qualifications. No deficiencies cited in today's inspection, exit interview was conducted, and Notice of Site visit was provided and shall be posted where visible to parents for 30 days.
