A health and safety inspection was conducted in the areas accessible to children. Off-limits areas include: two bedrooms, garage, and the fenced off area in the backyard. LPAs reviewed records of Licensee/assistant and verified files were complete with licensing forms/documentation. Licensee has current approved pediatric CPR/First Aid training expiring 11/2027 and Mandated Reporter Training expiring 07/2027. Licensee understands CPR and mandated reporter training must be completed every two years. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance.
