Pre-licensing visit·January 31, 2023

At 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Licensee, Hiresha De Silva, for the purpose of an announced prelicensing inspection. During today's inspection, LPA observed the following corrections made: 1. Indoor and outdoor equipment and materials are set up. 2. Changing table has a pad that is at least 1 inch thick with vinyl surface and raised sides. 3. Napping walls/partitions have been altered and are at least 4 feet high. Licensee stated that additional materials including floor beds, potty chair, and first aid kit will be transferred prior to start date. OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE: Outdoor space was measured. There is a total square footage of 1822.46 square feet, which will accommodate the requested capacity of 24 children. The play structure has been constructed and there is foam cushioning beneath to absorb a fall. The location change is approved pending final approval from LPM De Luca and will be in effect on Monday, February 6th, 2023, per Licensee's request.
