What Happened
Annual inspection of infant child care center found all safety and health standards met. Cribs and infant care areas properly equipped, staff qualifications verified, lead testing completed with no exceedances. One deficiency: missing LIC9224 acknowledgement in child files for 11/26/24.

- All cribs free of loose articles with properly fitted sheets; bedding changed daily
- Infant Sleeping Plan (LIC9227) in place for each child under 12 months
- Sleep checks/logs documented every 15 minutes for all children under 2
- Staff documentation of feedings and diaper changes observed
