Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with both of the licensee, Zarmina and Kamela Karimi, for an inspection of corrections from previous inspection. Purpose of the inspection was explained. During the inspection, LPA observed the facility has a crib available in the house for the infant. The crib is in good repair and properly sanitized. LPA observed and reviewed the day care children's records and observed the licensee has all of the required documents on file. During the inspection, licensee conducted the fire drill and logged it. LPA reminded the licensee that the drills must be conducted at least every six months and must be logged. During the inspection, children roster was also filled. Licensee agreed to keep the children roster updated. During today's inspection, LPA observed licensee has corrected all of the previously issued citations. No new citation was given today. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the licensee. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
